 Job Summary

A Team Lead (TL) demonstrates intermediate leadership roles within the organization. They are expected to take on additional responsibilities such as opening and closing the restaurant.  Character is of high importance due to the responsibilities entrusted to them. TL’s are able to access safe and handle cash management. An TL is considered a role model among peers.

Competencies

  • Proficient in cash management

  • Open/Close restaurant

  • Have flexible availability, but still able to open/close

  • Must have availability for at least three dayparts

Responsibilities

  • Able to function as a Shift Lead (SL)

  • Act as the highest-ranking person in store during open/close

  • Ensure that training is completed for new hires

  • Primary communicator to Vice Presidents about new hire progress
